Job Description
This company is looking for a Design Draughtsman with experience in material handling equipment. You'll be responsible for creating detailed engineering drawings for a range of equipment, including stacker reclaimers, wagon tipplers, and conveyor systems. This involves mechanical and structural detailing, preparing fabrication and assembly drawings, and generating Bills of Materials.
You'll also be involved in drafting conveyor layouts and related structures. The role requires you to prepare drawings for procurement and fabrication, coordinate with manufacturing teams, and update drawings based on feedback. Proficiency in CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or Inventor is essential, with Tekla or Advance Steel being a plus.
