Job Description
This company is looking for a part-time Residential Remodeling Drafter to join their team in Seattle. You'll be using Chief Architect software to create detailed plans for home renovations, working closely with designers and engineers.
Your main focus will be ensuring all designs meet Seattle's building codes and producing the technical drawings needed for permit applications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of residential remodeling.
If you have at least three years of drafting experience in residential remodeling and are proficient with Chief Architect, this could be a great fit. The position is in-office for about 16 hours a week, spread over two to three days.
