Job Description
The company is seeking a Structural BIM Drafter to join their team. This role involves creating detailed structural drawings and 3D models using Revit for a variety of projects, including multi-family housing, commercial buildings, and custom residences across Nevada and California.
You'll be responsible for developing construction documents, coordinating with architects and MEP engineers, and assisting with quantity takeoffs. A strong understanding of structural systems and the ability to interpret engineering drawings are key.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of structural drafting experience with proficiency in Revit. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Navisworks, along with experience in multi-family or commercial projects, would be beneficial.
