Job Description
This company is looking for a Structural Metal Design Drafter to join their engineering office. You'll be working on projects involving the design of metal structures, creating detailed plans, and modeling components using SolidWorks.
Your role will involve developing fabrication and assembly drawings, preparing parts lists, and ensuring designs meet current standards. You'll also collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to optimize technical solutions and manage plan updates throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has a technical degree in metal construction or mechanics, with at least two years of experience in structural metal design.
