Job Description
The company is looking for a Structural Metal Design Drafter to join a client's engineering office. This role involves working on the design of metal structures, from creating detailed plans in SolidWorks to developing fabrication and assembly drawings. You'll be responsible for ensuring designs meet current standards and collaborating with various teams to optimize technical solutions.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in metal construction or mechanics, holding a BTS, DUT, or Licence. You should have at least two years of experience as a design drafter in metal structures and be proficient with SolidWorks. A good understanding of metal structure design, welding, technical drawing interpretation, and construction standards is essential.
