Job Description
The company is looking for a Senior Designer specializing in mine tailings management and geotechnical design in Montreal, Quebec. This role involves contributing to the design and development of digital products and solutions for mining and geotechnical infrastructure projects. You'll work on projects from planning through to rehabilitation, ensuring technical solutions meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
You will also be involved in quality assurance, data analysis, and ensuring operational compliance. The ideal candidate has a background in civil engineering technology or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in civil engineering, geotechnics, mine tailings, transportation, and hydrology. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (like Civil 3D, Revit, Muk 3D), and ArcGIS is essential.
