Job Description
Here's an opportunity to join a leading engineering firm as a Structural Technician, focusing on dams, power lines, and electrical substations. You'll be instrumental in designing and preparing drawings for projects that are key to sustainable energy development in Quebec.
This role involves collaborating closely with engineers and technicians across various disciplines on rehabilitation, maintenance, and expansion projects. You'll also have the chance to visit construction sites for surveys and work on multidisciplinary projects, contributing to the company's efforts in building a greener energy future.
The ideal candidate will have a DEC in Civil Engineering with at least 7 years of structural experience, particularly with Hydro-Québec substations. Proficiency in French, AutoCAD, and a strong critical thinking approach to technical challenges are essential. A valid ASP Construction card is also required.
