Job Description
This company is looking for an Electrical Primary Planner to join their engineering team. You'll be responsible for the primary planning of medium, high, and extra-high voltage switchgear, both in open-air and gas-insulated substations. This involves creating technical drawings, performing thermal and mechanical calculations for conductors, and compiling technical data for structural engineering.
You'll also be involved in developing concepts for modifications and expansions, reviewing workshop drawings and approval documents from external partners, and ensuring quality and deadlines are met. Collaboration with clients, suppliers, and service providers will be a key part of the role.
The ideal candidate has a technical education or a degree in electrical engineering with a focus on power engineering, and ideally some experience in substations or high-voltage environments. Strong AutoCAD skills are essential, and experience with Primtech would be a plus. A structured, independent, and reliable approach to work is important, along with excellent German and good English language skills.
