Job Description
The company is looking for an Electrical Technical Design Office Engineer in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves preparing detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and system schematics for ELV systems, including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and PA/VA. You'll also conduct Wi-Fi and CCTV heat map analysis, perform SPL calculations, and coordinate with other disciplines in a 2D/3D environment to resolve clashes.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and 4-5 years of experience as an Electrical Technical Design Office Engineer, preferably on large-scale projects like hospitals, hotels, or data centers. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with knowledge of Revit being a plus. Familiarity with heat mapping tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet, and acoustic tools such as EASE or EASE Focus, is also required. A good command of English is necessary.
