Job Description
This role is for an Overhead Contact System (OCS) Engineer in Toronto, Canada. You'll be designing and delivering electrification systems for urban rail projects, working within multidisciplinary teams. Your focus will be on ensuring the OCS integrates seamlessly with other rail systems like traction power and signaling, using BIM for coordination and clash detection.
You'll be involved in both preliminary and detailed design phases, managing technical interfaces and requirements. The job also requires incorporating specific climatic conditions into the design and supporting construction and commissioning teams. Experience with railway electrification standards and systems integration is key.
If you have 5-10 years of OCS engineering experience and are proficient in BIM and relevant OCS software, this is a great opportunity to shape important infrastructure.
