Job Description
This company is looking for an Estimating Engineer to join their team in Dubai. You'll be working with the sales and operations departments to create proposals for facade inspection, maintenance, and access solutions for high-rise buildings.
Your role will involve assessing existing building facades, developing safe work methods, and preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions. You'll also support the sales team in client discussions and ensure project feasibility with the operations team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in facade repair and maintenance on high-rise buildings, a good understanding of facade systems, and knowledge of rope access techniques. Estimating and cost planning experience for facade or access-related projects is essential, along with strong communication skills.
