Job Description
This role is for a Utilities Project Engineer who will be instrumental in getting a new fill-finish facility ready for operation. You'll be working closely with the Facilities & Engineering Readiness Manager to ensure all utility systems are delivered and ready for the operations team, from the final stages of construction through to handover.
A significant part of this role involves being on-site at least three days a week. This hands-on presence is key for coordinating with various teams, verifying equipment and documentation, and solving issues directly where they arise. You'll be involved in setting up the CMMS system, managing spare parts, defining calibration readiness, and developing the preventative maintenance program.
You'll also play a crucial part in coordinating training for vendors and technicians, and ensuring all necessary operational documentation is in place. This includes being heavily involved in commissioning activities, supporting field walkdowns, and resolving issues alongside project teams, vendors, and operations staff.
If you have a strong background in engineering, particularly within GMP manufacturing and utilities, with hands-on experience in IBM Maximo and a knack for problem-solving, this could be a great fit.
