Job Description
The company is looking for a Technical Office Coordinator specializing in structures for their Madrid or Barcelona office. This role involves optimizing project costs, detecting deviations, and preparing cost estimations for construction projects. You'll also evaluate technical and construction alternatives to enhance project viability.
You will use BIM modeling and budgeting software for economic and technical studies, as well as for document management. The position requires tracking project modifications, analyzing tender documents to identify technical, administrative, and financial requirements, and preparing feasibility and profitability reports. Identifying value engineering opportunities to reduce costs, timelines, or risks while maintaining quality and safety standards is also key.
Ideally, you have previous experience in structural calculations, a degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a similar field, and strong English skills. The company offers a permanent contract, a good work environment, professional development, and flexible working hours, including intensive Fridays and summer schedules.
