Job Description
This company is looking for a Controls BIM Engineer to work on a major data center project. You'll be designing Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) directly within Revit, creating construction-ready deliverables.
The role requires someone who is comfortable blending controls engineering with BIM coordination. You should have experience designing BMS/BAS/EPMS controls and be proficient in Revit. Understanding electrical and mechanical drawings, control schematics, and BIM coordination workflows is key.
