Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Engineer with a focus on structural projects. You'll be responsible for creating and coordinating structural BIM models, managing BIM deliverables like drawings and schedules, and working closely with architectural, MEP, and civil teams to resolve clashes. The role involves ensuring models meet project BIM Execution Plans and company standards, performing quality checks, and supporting the entire project lifecycle from design to delivery.
You should have 5 to 10 years of experience in structural BIM modeling and coordination, with strong skills in Revit Structure and Navisworks. Experience with building and infrastructure projects, understanding structural drawings, and proficiency in clash detection are essential. Familiarity with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud is a plus.
