Job Description
The company is looking for an Architectural Inspector to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role involves ensuring that all architectural aspects of a project align with inspection plans, drawings, codes, and specifications. You'll be responsible for monitoring contractor documentation, identifying potential issues, and ensuring compliance with quality control plans and safety standards.
Your day-to-day will include conducting site inspections for architectural works and materials, verifying quality and placement, and issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when necessary. You will also maintain detailed site records, including daily diaries and progress reports, and assist in expediting approvals and submissions from relevant authorities and clients.
This position requires a Diploma or Degree in Architecture with a minimum of 8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE, specifically in construction supervision with a consultancy. If you have a keen eye for detail and a solid background in architectural project oversight, this could be a great fit.
