Job Description
An architectural inspector is needed for a leading consultancy firm in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves ensuring construction projects meet design specifications and safety standards through on-site inspections and quality control. You'll work closely with the design team and contractors, documenting findings and resolving any issues that arise.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years focused on hospitality, high-rise, or villa developments. Experience with consultancy firms and a strong understanding of building codes, architectural design, and construction practices are essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is also required.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Professional certifications are a plus.
