BIM Inspector

First Construction Consulting, Inc.

This company is looking for a Construction Monitoring Inspector to join their team in Zionsville, Indiana. You'll be visiting active construction sites to see how projects are progressing and checking that everything aligns with schedules and billing. Your main role will involve reviewing contractor documents like pay applications and change orders, then comparing that information with what you observe on site. You'll need to be good at spotting discrepancies and clearly documenting your findings in monthly reports for clients, who are typically banks and investors. This position requires someone with commercial construction experience, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills to interact professionally with contractors and clients. You should be comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and integrity in your reports. If you're a detail-oriented inspector who enjoys digging into project details, this could be a great fit.
