This role is for an Offshore Inspector who will be involved in the start-up of new offshore projects. You'll be responsible for ensuring everything is safe, reliable, and compliant by conducting inspections, identifying defects, and assessing the integrity of equipment like pressure vessels, piping, and lifting gear. This involves a lot of hands-on work in the field and working closely with different teams. You'll be using various non-destructive testing methods such as UT, MT, and RT, and will need to be familiar with integrity management software like Meridium. The job also requires you to oversee maintenance and construction activities, making sure they meet company standards and international codes. You'll be documenting your findings, tracking recommendations, and managing inspection tools and contractors. If you have a background in engineering, at least four years of inspection experience in the oil and gas or related industries, and certifications like API 510/570, this could be a great fit.
