Job Description
This role is for a Telecom Quality Control Inspector working offshore in Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for someone to ensure all telecom installation, testing, and commissioning activities meet Saudi Aramco Standards and project specifications. You'll be inspecting various systems like fiber optics, structured cabling, CCTV, and radio systems.
Your responsibilities will include verifying compliance with standards, reviewing technical documents, and conducting site inspections for cable laying and equipment installation. You'll also witness testing and commissioning, coordinate with different teams to resolve issues, and manage non-conformance reports. A key part of the job involves ensuring all documentation, including as-built drawings and test reports, is accurate for handover.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 7-8 years of experience in Telecom QC for Oil & Gas EPC projects, specifically with Saudi Aramco systems. Strong knowledge of Aramco Telecom Standards, the ability to interpret drawings, and excellent inspection and communication skills are essential. Saudi Aramco approval and a CBT pass as a QC Telecom Inspector are mandatory.
If you have a strong background in telecom quality control within the oil and gas sector and are looking for a challenging offshore role, this opportunity might be for you.
