Job Description
The company is looking for a Landscape Manager to oversee all landscape design and execution activities. This role involves ensuring that outdoor environments align with the master plan and project vision, while also coordinating closely with infrastructure, civil, and road teams for seamless integration. You'll be reviewing design deliverables, managing consultants, and approving drawings and specifications to meet technical standards and project requirements.
This position requires a deep understanding of irrigation systems, planting strategies, and landscape materials, particularly within arid or semi-arid climates. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, and smart irrigation control systems is essential, along with strong knowledge of soil physics and plant pathology. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience, ideally in large-scale real estate or mixed-use projects.
