This role is for a Senior Fit-out Estimator in Doha, Qatar. You'll be responsible for creating accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, making sure the pricing is competitive and profitable. This involves analyzing project details, working with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting the bidding process for various types of interior projects. You will plan and prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documents. A key part of the job is ensuring the company's profitability and market position through effective cost estimation. You'll also visit project sites to understand client needs and update your plans accordingly. Preparing detailed cost reports and maintaining an up-to-date cost database are also essential. Staying informed about current market prices for materials, labor, and subcontractors is crucial. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in fit-out estimation and planning, with a degree in a relevant field like Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software is required, along with excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
