Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Modeling & Detailing Lead to join their VDC Department in Childress, Texas. You'll be creating and managing 3D models for self-perform scopes like concrete and mass timber, producing shop drawings, and working on multi-trade BIM coordination.
The role involves supporting field execution by ensuring constructability and model accuracy. You'll also be involved in developing logistics plans, leading coordination meetings, and contributing to the VDC team's development of model libraries and new technologies.
If you have at least 5 years of experience in AEC, are proficient with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, and have a strong understanding of BIM workflows, this could be a great fit. The company values accuracy, problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit.
