Job Description
This role is about bringing BIM models to life for self-perform divisions, focusing on concrete, rebar, mass timber, and architectural scopes. You'll be creating fabrication-quality 3D models and detailed shop drawings, ensuring everything is ready for the field.
You'll play a key part in coordinating BIM efforts, working closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to resolve issues and drive progress. This position also involves developing logistics plans and 4D animations to support field coordination and planning.
The company is looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in the AEC industry, proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to accuracy are essential for this on-site role in Portland, Oregon.
