Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Modeler to join their team in Dallas, Texas. You'll be working on projects that require BIM modeling, focusing on accurately representing all scopes of work based on bid documents and ensuring the model database is complete. Your role will involve uploading updated models, performing clash detection, and reviewing constructability to ensure quality before sign-off.
You'll also coordinate scopes of work with owners and other trades, extract drawings from the final models, and report on model status weekly. The ideal candidate has over five years of experience, with strong knowledge in 3D piping, process piping, and exhaust duct detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, 3D Modeling software, Autodesk Plant 3D, and Navisworks is essential.
