Job Description
This role is for a Structural BIM Modeller based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The company is looking for someone to develop BIM models and drawings, ensuring they meet client requirements and quality standards. You'll be involved in quantity take-offs, standardizing workflows, and managing electronic information, working closely with BIM coordinators and project managers.
The ideal candidate will have an ITI in an engineering discipline, with 5 to 10 years of experience in modelling and detailing, particularly with RCC and structural steel. While experience in energy projects is a plus, expertise in modelling and detailing of these structures is key. Proficiency in 2D/3D modelling using Cadworx/CADS RC and AutoCAD is required, with Revit experience being an advantage. The company values individuals who are technology-focused, can guide and train team members, and possess good communication and leadership skills.
