Job Description
The company is looking for an experienced Building Information Modeler to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on supporting site development and water infrastructure projects, requiring the ability to independently manage and deliver Civil 3D models and construction plan sets.
You'll be responsible for developing and managing Civil 3D models from conceptual stages through to fully developed IFC-level models, often working with incomplete data. This includes establishing alignments, profiles, creating complex surfaces, and performing pipe modeling for water, wastewater, and storm systems. You will also generate plan, profile, and cross-section sheets, and perform earthwork and volume analyses directly from the models.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and self-directed individual comfortable in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment. You should be adept at maintaining data integrity, applying firm and client standards, and coordinating models with engineers and other disciplines to ensure design intent is met.
