Job Description
This role involves taking full ownership of residential and commercial construction projects, from initial planning through to final handover. You'll be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring everything stays on track and meets the required standards.
You'll be the central point of contact, coordinating effectively with clients, architects, engineers, authorities, and construction teams. This includes overseeing the planning process, managing contracts, and being present on-site to supervise construction, address any issues, and ensure the project is delivered successfully.
The company is looking for someone with a degree in architecture or a similar qualification, along with at least five years of experience in project management or construction management, ideally within the residential and commercial sectors. Proficiency in ArchiCAD and a good understanding of German construction regulations (HOAI, VOB) are beneficial.
