Job Description
The company is looking for a Technical Office Chief to join a large-scale infrastructure project in Ankara, Türkiye. This role is for a Civil Engineering graduate with at least 8 years of experience in the technical office of similar projects. You should be proficient in Autocad and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of subcontractor management, including progress payments, contracts, quantity surveying, cost estimation, and procurement processes.
The main responsibilities will involve managing subcontractor progress payments and contracts, preparing quantity take-offs, and overseeing claims and variations. You will also support procurement and tender processes, prepare subcontractor agreements, and track material wastage. The role requires excellent organizational and coordination skills, with prior experience in team management.
