Job Description
The company is looking for a civil engineer or architect to take project responsibility for properties. This role involves managing construction projects on complex sites, coordinating with external parties and general contractors, and overseeing construction activities from planning through to acceptance. You'll be responsible for creating project documentation and managing interfaces with various stakeholders.
You should have a technical degree and around 5 years of practical experience in construction project management, ideally with knowledge of federal infrastructure procedures. Experience with HOAI service phases 1-9, construction law, and safety regulations is important. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and CAD software are also key.
