BIM Project Manager

BWI GmbH

This role is for a civil engineer or architect to take charge of property projects. You'll be responsible for managing construction projects on complex sites, coordinating with external teams and general contractors, and overseeing all aspects from planning to final acceptance. This includes preparing project documentation, managing interfaces with various stakeholders, and negotiating contracts. You should have a degree in civil engineering or architecture, along with about five years of practical experience in construction project management, ideally covering all phases of the HOAI. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD software are essential. Some experience with JIRA and a willingness to travel are also beneficial. This is an opportunity to contribute to significant projects within a dynamic environment. If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership and see projects through from start to finish, this could be the right fit for you.
