Job Description
This company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their expanding fitness sector team in Madrid. You'll be responsible for planning and coordinating construction and renovation projects from start to finish, managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee contractors, and ensure quality and safety on-site. The role involves tracking project milestones, managing changes, and optimizing costs and schedules, with a focus on integrating the brand and customer experience into the execution.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or Engineering, with at least 4 years of experience in retail projects. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously, and traveling frequently within Spain. Experience with AutoCAD is also required.
