Job Description
This role involves leading the review and coordination of all civil and structural engineering for hospitality projects. You'll be involved from the early stages, providing input on site planning, infrastructure, and structural concepts, ensuring everything aligns with the overall design vision.
You will also be responsible for coordinating civil and structural elements with other disciplines like architecture and MEP. This includes reviewing consultant deliverables, identifying potential conflicts, and working towards timely resolutions to ensure smooth project progression.
