This role is about being the crucial link between offshore wind energy and the power that lights up homes. The company is building a significant 2GW land station, a vital piece of infrastructure connecting offshore wind farms to the national grid, capable of powering millions of households. You'll be joining the team as they prepare for the construction phase of this exciting project. You'll be working on the Maasvlakte site, collaborating with international contractors, so fluency in both Dutch and English is essential. The role involves close coordination with design and project management departments, and you'll be part of a dynamic environment that includes various BAM divisions, focusing on civil engineering, roads, traffic technology, and energy and water. As a Project Organizer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the construction methodology, technical approach, and overall organization of this complex project. You'll play a key part in the preparation and execution phases, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery within schedule and budget. This involves developing smart construction methods, managing logistics, and making strategic decisions about planning, partnerships, and suppliers. If you're passionate about planning, organizing, and prioritizing, and possess strong analytical skills and decisive leadership, this could be a great fit.
