Job Description
This role is for a Project Manager/Architect who will be involved in all stages of the design process, from initial concepts to construction. You'll be responsible for managing the creation of design and construction documents, using AutoCAD and Revit.
The position requires you to lead internal teams and coordinate with external engineering consultants, while also working closely with clients to ensure their project needs are met. Some marketing and administrative tasks may also be part of the role.
The company is looking for someone with 10-15 years of architectural experience, particularly in commercial or institutional projects. Strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, and PDF programs are essential, as are excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Experience with K-12 educational design and Revit is a plus.
