BIM Project Manager

Arcura Medical Properties

The company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their team in Berlin. This role involves overseeing technical projects from an owner's perspective, ensuring a balance between technical quality and commercial goals. You'll be responsible for managing key CAPEX, modernization, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across their German real estate portfolio. This involves coordinating external facility management providers, architects, engineers, and contractors. The focus will be on ensuring all technical measures are delivered within budget, on time, and to the required quality standards. You'll also be involved in reviewing technical concepts, cost estimates, and supporting procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a technical discipline and 5-8 years of relevant experience in technical project management or a similar owner-side role. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building services, and cost, schedule, quality, and risk management is essential. Fluency in German and good English skills are also required. If you're ready to take on a challenging role in healthcare real estate, this could be a great opportunity.
