Job Description
This company is looking for an HVAC Estimator or Project Coordinator to join their growing team in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. You'll be analyzing plans and specifications, performing quantity take-offs using Bluebeam, and preparing pricing requests for suppliers and subcontractors. You'll also be involved in preparing bids and coordinating shop drawings, technical queries, and project logistics.
The ideal candidate has 3 to 10 years of experience in estimating, coordination, or project management, with a solid understanding of building mechanics and HVAC systems. Strong plan reading skills and experience with Bluebeam are essential. Familiarity with BSDQ and a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously are also important.
