Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) to join their team in Aachen or Frankfurt. This role involves taking ownership of the TGA planning across all project phases, leading a TGA planning team, and working with 3D BIM models for highly technical systems. You'll also be responsible for client communication, negotiations, and ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
To be successful in this position, you should have a degree in building services engineering or a related field, or be a certified technician. Around 5 years of experience in planning and consulting for technical building equipment (HVAC, electrical, or MSR) is essential, along with strong knowledge of relevant standards and software like Build-Up and Autodesk Revit. Good English and fluent German are required, as is a structured, analytical, and team-oriented approach.
