Job Description
This company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. You'll be working on diverse construction projects, from renovations to high-rise buildings, contributing to shaping the city's skyline.
In this role, you'll support project direction, taking responsibility for costs, schedules, quality, and project status under a Senior Project Leader. Your duties will include negotiating subcontracts, liaising with owners and engineers, and managing the technical and financial aspects of contracts. You'll be a key contact, representing the company's commitment to efficiency and quality.
To be successful, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience. You should have 4-6 years of progressive construction experience, ideally as a Project Engineer, with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
