Job Description
This role is about managing the pre and post-contract aspects for infrastructure projects. You'll be ensuring that all contractual requirements are met, working closely with procurement and legal teams on contractor engagement. Post-contract, you'll oversee the administration of work orders from award to completion, including reviewing and accepting subcontractors.
You will also be responsible for monitoring contractor performance against key performance indicators and assisting with dispute resolution. This involves understanding and applying contract management standards, particularly NEC contracts, and managing commercial relationships to drive continuous improvement.
The position requires a strong understanding of contract administration, claims management, and performance frameworks. Experience with NEC contracts and developing contract management strategies is essential. If you have a background in contract management and a knack for negotiation, this could be a great fit.
