This role involves overseeing large-scale solar farms and canopy installations, ensuring administrative and contractual management of work contracts, coordinating site meetings, and guaranteeing the quality of construction. You will be the main point of contact for the project, representing the company on-site. Beyond this specific project, you will also contribute to the development of the company's energy business in Northern France and Belgium. This includes participating in project execution, collaborating with colleagues to identify new opportunities, and helping to build and integrate local teams. To succeed in this role, you should have a Master's degree in electrical or civil engineering and at least 6 years of experience in site management for significant infrastructure projects, ideally in solar, wind, or related energy fields. Fluency in English is essential, along with strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
