Job Description
This company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the construction of new restaurants and remodels. You'll be working closely with various departments like Operations, Design, and Procurement to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Your role will involve everything from initial site surveys and design coordination to managing contractors, obtaining permits, and overseeing the construction process. You'll also be responsible for material approvals, payment assessments, and ensuring the final handover meets all requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture, with at least 7 years of experience in the FMCG, retail, or restaurant industry. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of building codes and F&B or retail-specific design considerations.
