Job Description
This role is for a Junior Project Manager in Hamburg, Germany. The company is looking for someone to take charge of managing changes within construction projects. This involves identifying and addressing risks and opportunities, and developing solutions when plans need to deviate.
You'll be responsible for creating proposals for decision-makers, evaluating different approaches, and conducting feasibility and cost analyses. This includes looking at all legal and project-specific aspects of any changes. You will also coordinate and document all actions related to these changes and manage any conflicts that arise between stakeholders to ensure project goals for quality, cost, and schedule are met.
The ideal candidate has a degree in civil engineering or a similar field, with several years of experience in construction project management. Experience with change management and a strong understanding of construction law are beneficial. You should be analytical, solution-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
