Job Description
This role involves analyzing and coordinating construction or renovation projects for municipal buildings. You'll be involved in everything from initial design and estimation to site supervision, material selection, and budget management. You'll also collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and professionals, ensuring projects align with specifications and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, at least four years of relevant experience, and be a registered member of the Quebec Order of Architects. Experience in project management is key, and a PMP certification would be a bonus. A valid driver's license and access to a car are also required.
