Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager for Building Systems Engineering (TCE) to join their Design & Build team in Lille. This role involves managing the entire design process, from defining client needs and writing project briefs to planning, cost estimation, and coordinating design teams. You'll be the main point of contact for clients and will ensure projects stay on budget and schedule.
You'll need a strong technical background, ideally with experience in design-build projects, and the ability to guide design teams effectively. A degree in architecture or engineering, with experience in design management, cost estimation, or client-side project management, is essential. At least five years of relevant experience is required.
