Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee maintenance and construction projects within a growing commercial real estate portfolio. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing everything from renovations and expansions to new construction and asset upkeep.
You'll be the main point of contact, ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule while meeting quality standards. This includes managing contracts, coordinating with various stakeholders like professionals, suppliers, and tenants, and ensuring compliance with building codes.
If you have a background in construction or civil engineering, at least five years of project management experience in commercial real estate, and strong organizational skills, this could be a great fit. Experience with MS Project and a good understanding of construction practices are key.
