Job Description
This role is all about bringing construction projects to life, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be the central point of contact, coordinating with architects, subcontractors, and owners to resolve any issues that arise from plans and specifications. This involves managing project budgets, overseeing submittals, and negotiating change orders.
You'll also be responsible for the crucial close-out process, preparing all necessary documentation like as-builts and O&M manuals. Leading and mentoring Assistant Engineers and other team members will be a key part of your day-to-day. The company utilizes leading-edge technologies like BIM and LEAN, so experience with these is a plus.
