Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Leader with an architectural focus to manage capital replacement projects for building systems. This role involves assessing facility conditions, forecasting needs, and overseeing the implementation of the State of Good Repair program.
You'll be responsible for managing projects from scope definition and tender preparation through to contract administration and ensuring successful completion. This includes coordinating with consultants and contractors, managing budgets, and acting as the primary point of contact for construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a background in architectural or engineering technology, with at least five years of experience in construction project management, contract administration, and working with relevant legislation like the Ontario Building Code and AODA.
