This role involves managing noise insulation projects from the initial planning and design stages right through to completion and handover. You'll be the main point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required specifications, while upholding high standards of health and safety. You'll oversee construction activities, manage contracts, and coordinate with various teams and external service providers. This includes reviewing designs, managing project documentation, and reporting on progress. The position requires on-site presence across multiple locations to inspect work, monitor progress, and engage with homeowners. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in construction or infrastructure, particularly with building projects in residential and educational settings. A degree in Project Management or an Engineering discipline is preferred, along with strong knowledge of project management tools and construction processes.
