Job Description
This role involves planning and scheduling all electrical maintenance jobs for a green hydrogen company. You'll be coordinating with various teams to ensure maintenance activities are executed on time, managing resources like labor and materials for maximum efficiency. A key part of the job is reporting on maintenance KPIs and supporting the preparation of maintenance budgets.
You'll use planning tools like SAP S/4Hana or MS Project to create detailed schedules, define work breakdown structures, and establish baseline schedules. This includes identifying and allocating manpower, equipment, and materials, while also monitoring progress and generating reports. The role also requires identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies, as well as coordinating with external contractors.
The company is looking for someone with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and 7-12 years of relevant experience, ideally in routine maintenance planning and scheduling within the petrochemical, fertilizer, or oil & gas industries. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP S4/Hana is essential, along with a strong understanding of various electrical systems.
